Blue & Gold Dinner
RJ with his cake he made with his dad. Conner kept tipping over sideways, I thought maybe he wasn't strapped in. Well, he was, he just liked leaning over, he's just silly.

Tooth Fairy Part 2 - The Saga Continues
Here is Sienna with her 2nd lost tooth. She lost it last Sunday and decided that she wanted to follow Braden's lead and hide her tooth from the tooth fairy so she could bring it to share day at school on Friday. Well, Friday rolls around and the tooth is nowhere to be found, of course. She handled it well and took something else instead. Meanwhile, mom is becoming more certain that she may have "accidentally" thrown away said tooth. It's easy to do, since the children of the house use plastic baggies for EVERYTHING and they are always laying around everywhere, and mom must keep the house clean and their teeth are very tiny!! And, of course, Braden wanted a picture of his lost tooth, in perfect Braden fashion. I have no explanation for the headlight.

Fun Dip in Action
On Friday all the kids had Valentine's Day celebrations at school. This is a much-anticipated event, followed by intense candy eating for the rest of the day. Braden was particularly thrilled with this Fun Dip, and felt it warranted documentation. And of course, he had to reinact the process of enjoyment. Such joy.

The Tooth Fairy
Sienna lost her first tooth on Friday. She was very excited to join the ranks of receiving cash for teeth. The next morning she felt remorse when she no longer had a tooth that she could take to school on Share Day. But she will happily spend her $1. Coincidentally, Braden lost a tooth the next morning (not his 1st). He was thrilled as well, but told me that he thought maybe the tooth fairy was actually parents and wanted to pretend sleep all night to find out. However, he changed his plans because he wasn't ready to part with the tooth and so he hid it in a box and put it in his underwear drawer. Thankfully he shared this plan with me and I agreed that tooth fairies are way too busy to go searching and if it wasn't under his pillow, she would just leave, rewarding him with one more day with the precious tooth. The next night I asked him if he was going to put his tooth under his pillow for the tooth fairy, and he said, "NO! The tooth fairy DOES NOT work on Sundays!" So alas, one more night went by without the tooth fairy. However, on Monday morning, Braden woke me up at dawn to inform me that the tooth fairy DID NOT COME! I said, "I thought the tooth fairy didn't work on Sundays, and so you kept your tooth hidden." He said no, he changed his mind and put it under his pillow before he fell asleep. Darn tooth fairy just can't get it right! But all is well, Monday night she FINALLY came, and all is right in the Pinney Household. Incidentally, both Sienna & Braden have ANOTHER loose tooth, we'll see how it goes next time.
