Mother's Day

This is what I woke up to on Mother's Day morning... Double Chocolate Pancakes with Strawberries on top, AH-MAZ-ING!!! (I may have surreptitiously left this recipe sitting on the counter before I went to bed, along with hard to find ingredients. Whatever works, right?)
